When we decided to move to Italy, what to take and how to take it was an on-
As it happened they were already making a drop in Italy and had three cubic
meters of space available; in ten weeks we condensed our lives into those three cubic
metres and Mark (at the UK end) and Ian (at the Italian end) did the rest.
From the
moment we waved goodbye to Mark we knew our three cubic metres were in good hands
and that we would be reunited safely at the other end with Ian at the wheel.

and Ian did an amazing job with unremitting professionalism and humour and we will
be forever in their debt ... they have an open invitation to drop by any time they
want.

We just want to say thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts for all the help
Ian gave us in transporting our furniture across to Italy from the UK. We can't express
enough what an enormous help he was. We were extremely concerned that all of our
furniture would fit into his van (believe me, we had loads!) but Ian was as calm
as a cucumber when he turned up and just calmly loaded up his tardis like van with
the help of my husband. An hour or so later he was on his way to Italy with all our
belongings. As promised, he kept in touch with us along the way and we met up at
our house a few days later. We honestly believe he went beyond the call of duty in
helping us get all the furniture into our three storey house. At one point he and
my husband had a three seater sofa balanced precariously onto a balcony railing (two
storey's up!) as they carefully squeezed it through into the upstairs lounge area.
It was incredible. We were convinced it wouldn't fit, but Ian was as calm as anything.
During all of this, on several occasions poor Ian had to run downstairs and move
his van (backing it up a tight, narrow road) because a car wanted to pass. Talk about
multi-
Throughout all of this, Ian was the perfect gentleman
and completely professional. He couldn't have been more helpful.
We just want to
thank you so much for your outstanding service. Paying you to take our furniture
to Italy, instead of hiring a van and doing it ourselves, was worth every single
penny.

Mark moved us from Tuscany back to the UK last year. I did a lot of research, and I was very pleased to find and use Mark and his company. We move often, and have used a few different movers. He was the most polite, helpful, prompt and efficient person and best priced. I would recommend him and Jeff to anyone, family and friends especially. What a fantastic service. This suited our needs perfectly and worked like charm. We had a part houseload of items to move from the UK to Italy.. Stumbled across the website via a forum and there was a delivery date which would have worked fine. Then after contacting Mark was informed of a possible date which would actually work perfectly. This date was confirmed as soon as the details were to hand.
The relocation went like clockwork. At all stages we were informed with accurate progress reports. Goods arrived in A1 condition.
We had removal people in to price the remaining items for a local UK move. They also wanted to price the Italy items. I told them I didn't feel they would be competitive. I even let them know our quote. End result was they knew a quote would be wasting their time.
I will not hesitate to use again and will be recommending to my British colleagues here.
